Legal Action

"An illustrator's style is not merely aesthetic preference — it is the accumulation of years of craft, the signature of a creative life."

The EU AI Act Protects Creators

The EU AI Act (2024) establishes the world's first comprehensive legal framework for artificial intelligence. For illustrators, it is the most significant legal protection in the history of digital art.

SIP translates complex legal language into tools you can actually use — because understanding your rights shouldn't require a law degree.

Article 53

Opt-Out from Training Data

Creators may formally request exclusion of their work from AI training datasets. SIP automates this process.

Article 13

Transparency Requirements

AI systems must disclose when and how creative works were used. SIP logs and tracks these disclosures.

Article 86

Right to Explanation

You have the right to understand how AI decisions affecting your work were made. SIP surfaces these explanations.

Your Style,
Officially Documented

The Style Passport is a living document that captures the unique elements of your visual identity. It evolves as you create — and stands as legal evidence if your style is ever copied.

How It Works

From registration to protection in three steps — powered by the registry pipeline and the EU AI Act.

01

Register Your Style

Claim your passport with your name, specialization, and portfolio. Your Style Identity Passport ID is issued instantly — your official SIP-2026 credential.

02

Get Fingerprinted

Your portfolio is processed through a perceptual-hash and CLIP fingerprinting pipeline, turning your aesthetic identity into a verifiable digital signature.

03

Stay Protected

Style monitoring scans AI platforms for matches, and the Rights Centre generates your opt-out, disclosure, and explanation letters under Articles 53, 13 and 86.
